This new exhibit is made possible in part by a #GenderEquityGrant from the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC)\, a professional membership organization with a vision of increased understanding of—and engagement with—science and technology among all people and a mission to champion and support science and technology centers and museums\, and the IF/THEN® Initiative\, a national effort sponsored by Lyda Hill Philanthropies® to inspire young girls to pursue STEM careers while creating a culture shift in how the world perceives women in STEM. The museum app for iPhone and Android features a self-guided tour that expands on Dr. Gamble-George’s IF/THEN® panel at the exhibit with videos about her career and passions.
