The talk\, which will be held on Sunday\, January 15th from 6:10 pm to 7:00 pm EST\, is hosted by Project Scientist through a partnership with SciGirls as part of its new project entitled Black SciGirls. \nProject Scientist is an organization that prepares girls for a STEM confident future by creating introductions to professional women in the field\, expeditions to top STEM employers and universities\, and hands-on activities delivered by credentialed and Project Scientist certified teachers. \nSciGirls is an Emmy Award-winning PBS series and national informal STEM education initiative designed for girls\, ages 8-13.
