Project Scientist Virtual Youth Scholars Program

Dr. Gamble-George will be giving a talk at a virtual youth scholars program about her journey to become a neuroscientist. The talk, which will be held on Sunday, January 15th from 6:10 pm to 7:00 pm EST, is hosted by Project Scientist through a partnership with SciGirls as part of its new project entitled Black SciGirls.

Project Scientist is an organization that prepares girls for a STEM confident future by creating introductions to professional women in the field, expeditions to top STEM employers and universities, and hands-on activities delivered by credentialed and Project Scientist certified teachers.

SciGirls is an Emmy Award-winning PBS series and national informal STEM education initiative designed for girls, ages 8-13.
