Dr. Gamble-George has been invited to speak at Raytheon Technologies in honor of Women’s History Month that will be held on March 31, 2022, at 12 PM ET. She will discuss who inspired her to enter the STEM profession, how she persisted through challenges and what she does as a neuroscientist. She will also share advice, encouragement and ideas for how to get on — and stay on — the STEM pathway, and her past and current scientific innovations. The event is for employees of Raytheon Technologies, a company of innovators committed to building a safer, more connected world. The virtual online event is a collaboration between Raytheon Technologies, Raytheon Women’s Network (RWN), and the Raytheon Black Employee Network (RayBEN).

Dr. Gamble-George

I love to empower people to become thought leaders and STEAM/STEMM innovators. I served as an expert science advisor for scientists that study chronic heart and lung diseases, HIV, and mental health. I also co-founded a biotech IoT application and device development company. As a scientist, I conduct research related to brain diseases and disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, anxiety and stress-related disorders, and substance use disorders.
